MBEC was incorporated on 4th August 1994 under the Indian Companies Act 1956 as a private limited company having its registered office at 1007 Mercantile House, 15, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi – 110001, India. MBEC is promoted by two directors having over 20 years of experience in educational consultancy.
